Introduce The Term Hydrosphere.
Introduce the term hydrosphere.
Answer:
A hydrosphere comes from Greek word - hydor which means water and sphaira which means sphere. It is a dynamic mass of liquid that is continually on the move, from the oceans to the atmosphere, to the land and back again. It is the discontinuous layer of water at or near the Earth's surface. The liquid water component of the Earth. The hydrosphere is commonly called the water sphere as it includes all the earths water found in the oceans, glaciers, streams, lakes, the soil, groundwater, and in the air. The outer layer of this hydrosphere is almost entirely ice, but current models predict that there is an ocean up to 100 km in depth underneath the ice. Code 11.22.1.3.
